The BPC Call Center can take your phone calls from any part of the country, and it sometimes undertakes tele-marketing campaigns.

Our Call Center's operators take your call and have at their disposal a range of banking solutions, products and services.

Our aim is connect customers and the Bank, facilitating contact with its various departments, solving your problems/concerns, whether they relate to products and services or are of some other nature.

To start with this service is available from 8 am to 5 pm, to receive your suggestions and complaints. After 5 pm we record your questions so that we can reply to them next day.
