    BPC intends to require life insurance for providing bank credit

    BPC will require life insurance, to transfer of bank loans to individuals. The announcement was made public recently in Luanda by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPC Paixão Júnior during an interview.

    Paixão Júnior said that the bank loans are open despite the implementation perspective of life insurance as a membership condition.

    "The credit for individual people is open and the membership conditions are the same, although the technical level, the bank's experts have suggested the inclusion of life insurance among the requirements," he said.

    According to the PCA database, the implementation will depend on the extent of stabilization of the financial context of the country. "We understand that life insurance should not apply because it would make it costly for borrowers, and thus, the bank would not help customers," said the official.

    On the other hand, the products "BPC Salary and Early Salary" the most sought after by customers at the moment are in accordance with the CEO the "unique products that are not yet open, because we think it is not the time to do its opening, despite customer pressure, "said the CEO.
