BPC guarantees improved services to customers
The CEO of the Savings and Credit Bank (BPC), Paixão Júnior, said recently in the city of Saurimo, Lunda Sul province, that the bank will continue to make efforts to constantly improve the quality of services provided to its customers.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 2nd Regional Broad Meeting of BPC’s commercial branch, the banking official said that his institution will boost staff training to better serve its clients, mitigating the damage of reputation and service reflected in its performance in terms of business.
On occasion, he reasserted BPC’s commitment to continue supporting entrepreneurial initiatives of the population, as well as programmes of the government meant to combat hunger and poverty in the communities. In addition, he assured that BPC is not absent from governmental programmes, thus it is committed to the implementation of various projects through projects such as the agricultural campaign credit, Angola Investe, and aid to rural and micro-credit investment.
Paixão Júnior stressed that his institution will continue to participate actively in all programmes under the Angolan government’s initiative, especially those mainly aimed at solving problems of the population and of the communities. According to him, BPC should continue being an important partner for the implementation of the economic financial policy of the Angolan government taking into account that it is a public bank.
